You receive four deliverables:
A written assessment of your most exposed strategic domains.
A scoping recommendation for the full Strategic Exposure Scan.
A preliminary Pressure Map showing where strategic value and defensibility diverge.
An explicit go/no-go recommendation including the recommendation to stop if the exposure does not warrant further work.
